Add Anitilo's chat bubble to your Shopify theme. The agent answers from the product, shipping, and returns data sources you add, and keeps unsupported questions in your conversation list.

   Set up the agent

   Create an agent in Anitilo, then add the product details and store policies it should use. Copy the install script shown on the Agents page.

   Open a theme copy

   In Shopify admin, open Online Store > Themes and duplicate the theme you plan to edit. Choose Edit code on the copy. Shopify says theme code can be edited after the theme is purchased; a paid theme in its trial must be purchased first. Check theme access before you rely on a code install.

   Add the script to the theme

   In the theme code editor, open layout/theme.liquid. Paste the generated script before the closing </body> tag, then save the duplicate theme.

   Preview the store

   Open the theme preview, start a chat, and check the agent's answers against your store data sources. Publish the edited theme from Shopify when you are ready.
